The Bothy

The Bothy is the first cottage in the u-shaped farm steading conversion.  On ground level there is a kitchen, living room with dining area and bathroom (shower above bath).  Upstairs, an open gallery bedroom with coombe ceiling is reached by a cast iron spiral staircase located in the living area.

In the Bothy cottage you will find:

• Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer
• Total control electric heating from storage and panel heaters and underfloor heating in the bathroom
• Woodburning stove in living area (logs provided)
• Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels
• Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVD player and telephone
• Hairdryer, ironing board and iron
• Washing-up-liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, cleaning products, a couple of toilet rolls and hand soap
• Kitchen towel, cling film, kitchen foil and bin liners
• Individual south facing patio with garden furniture and drying area
