The Byre

The Byre is the middle cottage in the u-shaped farm steading conversion and faces towards the Moray Firth and Black Isle. On ground level there is an open plan kitchen, living and dining area and bathroom (shower above bath).  Upstairs, an open gallery bedroom is reached by a cast iron spiral staircase located in the living area.

In the Byre cottage you will find:

• Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer
• Total control electric heating from storage and panel heaters and underfloor heating in the bathroom
• Woodburning stove in living area (logs provided)
• Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels
• Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVD player and telephone
• Hairdryer, ironing board and iron
• Washing-up-liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, cleaning products, a couple of toilet rolls and hand soap
• Kitchen towel, cling film, kitchen foil and bin liners
• Individual south facing patio with garden furniture and drying area
