Cottages

 All cottages include the following:

• Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer
• Total control electric heating from storage and panel heaters and underfloor heating in bathrooms
• Woodburning stove in living areas (logs provided)
• Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (one hand, one bath per person)
• Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVD player and telephone
• Hairdryer, ironing board and iron
• Washing-up-liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing machine detergent, cleaning products, a couple of toilet rolls and hand soap
• Kitchen towel, cling film, kitchen foil and bin liners
• Individual south facing patios with garden furniture and drying area
• Baby equipment (travel cot, highchair and door guards) is available on request (a fireguard is only suitable for the Barn).

Important Information

Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is before 10am.  Short breaks are possible outwith the main holiday periods – please contact us directly.

One well-behaved pet is permitted per cottage and by prior arrangement.  Please note Balblair Cottages is a “no smoking” zone.
